These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website https://mypethair.store/ and the purchase of products from myPetHair (hereinafter, "the Store"). By placing an order, you fully accept these conditions.

2. Products

The products offered in the Store are keychains and pet souvenir items. Product images are illustrative; slight variations in color or finish may exist compared to the photograph due to each device's screen settings or the manufacturing process.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, will be itemized before finalizing the purchase. The Store reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of order confirmation.

4. Purchase Process

To place an order, you must select the product and quantity, add it to the cart, and complete the payment process by providing shipping and billing information. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. This email does not constitute definitive acceptance of the order, which will be confirmed upon shipment of the product.

If we detect an error in the price or product availability after the order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible, and you may choose to confirm the order under the correct conditions or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed during the purchase process (credit/debit card, PayPal, and others available at the time). All payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL encryption. The Store does not store your full card details.

6. Shipping

  • Shipping Area: Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: between 8 and 15 business days from order confirmation. We work with international suppliers, so delivery times may vary slightly during periods of high demand, customs, or holidays.
  • Shipping Cost: free shipping included in the price, unless otherwise indicated in the purchase process.
  • Tracking: once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

If your order does not arrive within 30 calendar days of purchase, please contact us and we will find a solution (reshipment or refund).

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Reshipments caused by erroneous addresses provided by the customer may incur additional costs.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (30 days)

At myPetHair, we extend the legal withdrawal period: you have the right to return your purchase within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, write to us at info.mypethair@gmail.com indicating your order number and your decision to return the product. You must return it unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Once the product is received and verified, we will refund the full purchase amount by the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

8. Warranty and Defective Products

All our products come with the 3-year legal conformity guarantee provided for in Spanish law. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at info.mypethair@gmail.com, attaching photographs, within 30 days of receipt, and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

10. Intellectual Property

All contents of this website (texts, images, logos, design) are the property of the Store or their legitimate owners and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

11. Liability

The Store will not be liable for delays or non-compliance caused by force majeure. Use of the website is at the sole responsibility of the user.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
