Refund and Returns Policy

At myPetHair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Returns (30 days)
You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide any explanation. We extend the legal withdrawal period of 14 days so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
- It must retain its original packaging.
- You must notify us of your decision within 30 days of receipt.
How to request a return:
- Email us at info.mypethair@gmail.com with the subject "Return" and your order number.
- We will reply with instructions and the return address.
- Ship the product. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product.
- Once the product is received and verified, we will process your refund.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match what you purchased, we will cover all costs at no expense to you.
Email us at info.mypethair@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt, including:
- Your order number.
- One or more photographs showing the issue.
We will offer you, at your choice:
- A free reshipment of a new product, or
- A full refund of the amount paid.
In these cases, you will not need to return the defective product unless we expressly instruct you to do so.
3. Unreceived Orders
If your order does not arrive within 30 calendar days from the purchase confirmation, please contact us. After verifying the shipping status, we will offer to reship the product or provide a full refund, at your choice.
4. Refund Timeline and Method
- Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we approve the return (or from when we receive the returned product, if applicable).
- The refund will always be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
- Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for another (e.g., a different model or quantity), the quickest way is to make a return according to point 1 and place a new order.
6. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at info.mypethair@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund immediately. If it has already been shipped, you will need to wait to receive it and process the return according to point 1.
